Jack Scott on Education "Education is one of Assemblymember Jack Scott's highest priorities, and an area where has had incredible success. As a member of four education committees in the Assembly, he had 100% of his education legislation passed onto the Governor's desk in his first term, 1997-1998 and 94% from 1997-1999. His legislation has focused on two major themes to improve education: the quality and supply of teachers and improving access to higher education."
