Steve Horn's General Statement "The issues he has run on in the past will continue to be his focus in Congress and in the campaign: Improving education, saving Medicare (and adding a prescription drug benefit), protecting Social Security, protecting patients’ rights, streamlining the federal bureaucracy, keeping the budget balanced and paying down the national debt, reducing crime, and reforming campaign finance."
